restaurants either a walk or short drive away. This six (6) bed room spacious holiday rental villa on the Costa Blanca has a 10 x 5m pool and pool slide. Extensive gardens not overlooked with plenty of separate seating areas. Children's swing, table tennis table, small snooker table and Wendy house. There is a good BBQ area. Large swimming pool 10 x 5 and pool slide. Large terrace. Lit at night. Very private. Good slide into shallow end, great fun. Plenty of sun beds on the terrace. There aren't many holiday holiday rental villas on the Costa Blanca, Spain with this level of accommodation and services and even less in the Moraira area. This villa is ideal for holidays lettings in the Moraira, Javea, Calpe, El Portet Teulada, Jalon Valley, Benissa and Benitachell area. There is so much space in the garden that visitors are spoilt for choice as to where to sit and relax. Inside this lovely villa there are 2 levels connected by an interior staircase and 2 exterior staircases. Upstairs there is a large lounge with dining area and satellite SKT TV, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, well equipped small kitchen, enclosed naya with table and chairs and piano, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms,two with twin single beds and a third with a single bed. Downstairs is another large lounge, with separate satellite SKY TV. Master bedroom with en suite, a double bedroom and a single bedroom (with bunk beds) and additional shower room. 2 separate sky TV systems with 20 channels. Ample seating inside and out. Large parking area for several cars. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, oven, freezer, fridge. Utility room, Washing machine and plenty of space to dry. The safe beaches of El Portete and Moraira are only a 2-3 minutes drive away. We don't recommend walking as the roads do not have footways. There is so much to do in the area that it is perfect for a dream holiday, so many cool things to do such as Aqualandia: Benidorm, Costa Blanca, Spain. This Water Park is home to wild, seemingly endless waterslides and a multitude of water entertainments. It is located right next to Mundo Mar. Terra Mitica: Benidorm, Costa Blanca, Spain. This spectacular Theme Park was opened in 2001, and will transport you and your family back to the Roman and Greek eras. The attractions include watershoots, one of the biggest roller coasters in Europe, wild water raft rides and themed shows, all of which help to make this an unforgettable day out. Alternatively, you can spend a nice easy morning or afternoon rambling, hiking, or horse riding, or visit the coastal region of La Punta de l´Estrella, Costa Blanca, Spain. This area is full of wonderfully scenic views and there will be plenty of opportunities to get some memorable shots for the holiday album.
